Glenn Allen, Co-Owner

Co-founder of River City Gutters, Glenn Allen first got into the gutter business following a conversation with a colleague who ran a similar business in Louisiana. After approaching Ross with the idea, the pair did their research and identified a clear need for high-quality, custom gutter services in San Antonio.

As a homeowner and business owner, Glenn identifies closely with the customers River City works with every day, always keeping their best interests in mind. Drawing from his engineering background, Glenn applies his organizational skills and systematic approach to ensure River City Gutters’ success. He believes strongly in paying careful attention to details, never cutting corners, and educating customers throughout the installation process.

While Glenn enjoys working with spreadsheets and dreaming big, he also finds immense satisfaction in tangible tasks like witnessing the customer’s delight with the final product. Outside of work, Glenn loves spending time with his three-year-old son and hitting the golf course. He’s a loyal Astros fan, always cheering for the home team.

Ross Adams, Co-Owner

Co-founder of River City Gutters, Ross Adams has always loved working with his hands and building things, starting with his home and later a business building custom playsets. His journey to starting River City Gutters began with a passion for craftsmanship and entrepreneurship, evolving from building custom playsets to launching a gutter business with his partner Glenn. After co-founder Glenn approached him about starting a gutter business, he agreed they could make it happen, jumped in, and the rest is history.

As part of the gutter business, Ross loves taking care of people and helping them protect their biggest investment: their home. Ross’s approach to business, shaped by his experience in leadership training, emphasizes education over pressure sales, fostering trust with customers.

Ross thrives on challenging projects that require creative problem-solving. One of his favorite projects involved installing half-round gutters and copper rain chains on the world’s largest treehouse in South Texas. This unique project allowed him to overcome the challenges of working on an unconventional structure while enjoying the added bonus of seeing animals on the game ranch where it was located.

In his free time, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife, going out to the baseball field with his four boys, or playing a round of golf. He’s an avid sports fan, supporting Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Dallas Stars.

Caylon Walker, Sales Representative

Caylon joined the River City team in April 2019, not long after the business was founded. As an experienced sales rep with a strong background in the construction industry, Caylon enjoys meeting new people every day and helping them solve problems with their homes. When he isn’t working, Caylon enjoys concerts, traveling to different places, and spending as much time as he can with friends and family.

Darin White, Sales Representative

Darin first entered sales in college and has been in the industry ever since, starting as a factory representative for one of the largest flooring manufacturers in the world. Darin approaches sales with honesty and respect for homeowners, and helping people resolve issues with their homes is his top priority. Outside of work, Darin loves spending time at home with his family, maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Meagan Allen, Office Administrator

Meagan joined the River City Gutters team in January 2023, and bringing a unique blend of healthcare and customer service experience. As a graduate of San Antonio College’s nursing program, she transitioned into the contracting industry in 2019 to support her family’s growing business. Meagan manages estimator scheduling, invoicing, and customer service for the San Antonio market, drawing on her strong background in people-oriented roles. She prioritizes work-life balance and takes pride in building a legacy for her family through River City Gutters.

Jason Cunningham, Sales Representative

Jason joined River City Gutters in January 2024, bringing extensive experience in the contracting industry. With nearly nine years in home remodeling, outdoor living, and foundation repair, Jason offers a unique skill set to the team. Based in Selma, TX, Jason serves the San Antonio market, specializing in measuring, quoting, and selling gutter installations. Beyond his professional role, Jason is actively involved in his community, volunteering with his church’s media team, coaching youth soccer and flag football, and supporting the River City food bank. He values the balance his current role provides between hard work and family time, and enjoys the varied nature of his job that allows him to help families and solve problems daily.
