I'm posting for those like me who want to read a review of things not going as planned and how the company responded. I used this company twice Let’s get the basics out of the way. They were referred to me by someone who had the gutters for a few years without issues. The company responded to my inquiry promptly, and in the method I stated in the request. That knocked out one other quote. They were friendly and had a nice family vibe, as they are a family-owned company. The quote was a reasonable price and they had availability within a week. That knocked out the other quote. River City it is. On the first encounter, the layout document needed to be updated because I told the quoter I wanted the downspout in a direction. That was fixed quickly, and the installation went smoothly. They are so purdy. I took a picture and texted Meagan what is this thing in the pic? Lol She told me and I learned something new. This company responds to questions even after the Install. Second encounter - the quote didn’t include what I asked for. The quoter wasn’t aware. That was fixed. They were nice to fulfill my request to take pictures of the work since I couldn’t be there. I thought a concrete block was missing, and that lead to the awareness of them installing a different layout than planned. Meagan, quickly apologized and offered to fix it. It was not the Oh well, you are stuck with it. I appreciate that, and she got the fix scheduled soon. The team did not come out on the day they were supposed to. The installers came out the next day to my surprise. I was concerned and annoyed since nobody told me. There was a miscommunication issue on their end since somehow they thought it was completed. Now the gutters looked like the plan. I recommend this company to others even during the second encounter because they accommodate me, admitted their errors, apologized, and quickly tried to fix the matter. I have confidence that if something happens, such as a warranty issue, I can get a hold of them, and they will make things right. These gutters look purdy too. Caylen and his team were great. He came out and gave us a quote for gutters and his professionalism was second to none. After his quote was provided they realized that I needed more downspouts and gave them to me at no extra charge due to their oversight. I would highly recommend River City Gutters to anyone looking for gutter installation. The prices were competitive and their warranty is over the top. They were on time, got the job done right and most importantly customer friendly!!! Thanks River City for everything!

Glenn explained the prices, how they are installed and was always prompt in answering my calls and questions. The workers did an awesome job! Respectful of property and efficient. Highly recommend this business if in need of gutters! They look great!
