Overall great experience, some work required a couple repeat visits, but River City made everything right, before I paid a dime. The gutters are beautiful and I'm very pleased with end results. Ross was great to communicate with. Highly Recommend!

First thing I must say is that I always like to support a family owned business. I always believe you will get better service from someone who works in the community. I chose River City Gutters because of their communication before and after the work. I appreciated someone answering the phone, the quick quote and drawings explaining everything they would do. They worked with me to find a paint color to match the gutters as we were painting first then installing the gutters. The job came out great!! Colors matched perfectly! Some talk about the crews not being able to speak English. Who cares! They were polite and knocked out the job quickly and worked like a well oiled machine. I can not be more pleased about the final product. We made a few changes along the way and it was no issue. I went with the leaf screens and I am very pleased that I did. This was the best experience I have had with a home contractor in quite some time. Thank you River City Gutters!

First off I picked RCG because of the reviews and how Lester described how they would install my gutters. He said they would cause no damage & would slip the gutters behind the drip edge. Well was he wrong. 3 guys showed up 2 hours late from the time I was told by Lester. Neither of the guys spoke English, no problem I speak it they where polite & respectful. They got started unloading their equipment and I went inside. After a few minutes I started hearing banging all around the house. When I went outside I saw 1 guy banging on the edge of my roof with metal aviation tin snips. They were using them as a hammer after making horrible cuts to the drip edge. Then prying on the metal drip edge bending it almost 90 degrees. I told him why he was doing it that way that there was no need to pry that far away from the facial board? He responded that’s how they were taught. Theres no need for that. After questioning these men I found out they all had less than ONE yr experience. I called and talked to Ross ADAMS the GM. I told him I was not pleased with the damage that was caused to my roof. He assured me he would repair everything that I was not satisfied with. I submitted the pictures & he sent a guy over a few days later to make the repairs needed. The guy who came over did a great job making the repairs. Only time will tell if these repairs will hold and if I would have water damage on my roof or facia boards which is why I got gutters in the first place. If I hadn’t been home I would have never known of the damage caused by RCG. I would have had wood rot in a few yrs for sure. I gave them 2 stars because of the damaged cause by them and not zero stars because Ross made it right. But this is a new build home less than 6 months with repairs already on it. Not to mention I lost 9 hours of vacation time having to be home to make sure the repairs where done right.

We had a great experience and highly recommend this company to anyone needing gutters. This process was so easy from start to finish. The work they did exceeded our expectations.
